At Eskimo Heat, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home heating solutions. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, hardware, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
